2018 Holiday Closure

Our online store will be closed from December 25, 2018 - January 7, 2019. Any orders placed during this timeframe will be shipped on January 7th. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customized orders are not returnable unless the product has an error on our part. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS: Kabahead Kreations ships within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. For international shipping options, please contact us BEFORE placing an order. 

SHIPPING TURNAROUND: Once payment has cleared, items ship within 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail. If you need them shipped sooner or faster, please contact Kabahead Kreations BEFORE making your purchase to arrange an alternative shipping method (prices will vary). Please note that we ship with delivery confirmation to the address provided, and cannot be held responsible for missing/lost items if the item has been sent to the wrong address.
